About me
John Wilkinson started this company in 1977 with a rule he still repeats today: treat a client’s money like it’s your own.
That rule is basically the whole business model. It’s why, almost fifty years later, the same family still runs the company, still shows up on site, and still gets called back by clients who worked with them a decade ago.
We manage, consult on, and renovate buildings across Toronto and the GTA — and we do it the same way John started doing it, with the owner’s name actually on the line.
Why Costa Rica?
After a career spent building across Canada, John Wilkinson made a personal decision to bring that experience to Costa Rica, a market he knows well and believes in.
It’s not a franchise or a name licensed to someone else. It’s John, personally involved, applying the same construction management discipline that protected Canadian clients for 45 years to projects here, adapted to local regulations, local suppliers and the way things actually get built in Costa Rica.
