Renovation work has been part of John’s business since the very beginning. During his first thirteen years in Edmonton, his team handled renovations right alongside new construction, across a wide mix of building types. Later, back in Toronto, that experience grew to include church renovations and a long list of office and retail renovations — work that demands the same budgeting discipline as new construction, plus something extra: keeping a building’s day-to-day life running while the crew is still inside it.
